Articles three and four are focused on the Cameroonian society in general and in the roles between men and women in particular. Because of the gender inequalities that exist, this aspect of the country has some direct correlations to many other characteristics such as breast ironing, the main topic of this study.
Particularly, article three focuses on the negative and most profound inequalities between men and women in the country. It is based on personal stories and testimonies, as well as on the opinions and analysis from Cameroonian natives and experts on the matter.
